Where we deliver

All of Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan included. We don't ship outside Malaysia.

Cost

Any delivery charge is shown on our website and at checkout before you pay.

When we post

Within 3 working days of your order. We email you a tracking link once it's posted.

How long delivery takes

After we post, delivery usually takes:

• West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: 3 to 7 working days

Your address

Please give your full, correct address and phone number. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may charge delivery to resend it.

Late, lost or damaged parcel

Email whatsup@wearkinjo.com with your order number. We'll follow it up with the courier. If your pair arrives damaged, we'll replace it as set out in our Refund policy.
