These terms apply when you buy from wearkinjo.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

The product

KINJO 01 is a unisex crew sock made in Japan with banana fibre, cotton and other fibres, in black or white, sizes M (22 to 25 cm) and L (25 to 30 cm).

Lifestyle photos are for illustration. The initials preview on the site is a guide; real stitching may differ slightly in size, spacing and position.

Colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Light fuzz on the knit is normal for this yarn.

Lab results shown on the site describe tests done by laboratories in Japan on the fibre, yarn or socks, as stated beside each result. Your own experience may vary.

Initials

Initials are optional, up to 3 letters A to Z, stitched in Malaysia on one sock of the pair.

We stitch exactly what you type and confirm. Please check the spelling before you pay.

We may decline initials that are offensive or infringe someone else's rights, and refund that order.

Pairs with initials are made to order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive our confirmation email.

Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you pay, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may cancel an order for an error in price or description, or suspected fraud, and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

KINJO 01 is RM75 per pair.

Initials are free until 31 Oct 2026, and RM10 per pair after that.

Payment is taken through HitPay by the methods shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver within Malaysia only.

Delivery is free across Malaysia until 31 Oct 2026. After that, delivery is RM10 to West Malaysia and RM15 to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan).

We post within 3 working days of your order and email you a tracking link.

Self pickup is available by arrangement on WhatsApp; we will contact you after you order.

Please give a full, correct address. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may charge delivery again to resend it.

Returns and replacements

Faulty, or wrongly packed or sent? We replace it free. See our Refund policy for how.

For hygiene reasons, we take no returns for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Care

Follow the care guide on the band and the site. We are not responsible for damage caused by bleach, a tumble dryer or care that goes against the guide.

Promotions

Offers such as free initials, free delivery or the tag-us reward run for the stated period and on the stated conditions. Reward codes work on wearkinjo.com only, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn if misused.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect loss.

Content

All text, photos, videos and designs on wearkinjo.com belong to Kinjo Apparel and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
